GENERAL FACILITY COSTS

 

2020 Early Season Base Site Fee (April thru Mid-May) - $3,750  (for up to 250 persons) 

 

2020 Regular Season Base Site Fee (Mid-May thru November) $4,750 (for up to 250 persons) 


Add $8.00 per person for all Saturday Events (minimum 150 guests for a Saturday event)

 

Additional guests (over 250) billed at $20.00 per person

 

 

Included in the Facility Costs

 

• 5.5 hours of event time PLUS 2 hours prior to ceremony for photos

 

• 1 hour wedding rehearsal (scheduled the day before)

 

• Wood (vineyard style) ceremony chairs

 

• Wood custom-made reception tables and wood (vineyard style) chairs

 

• All lighting throughout the property

 

• Free, self-parking (no valet required)

 

• Large dance floor

 

• Security guard

 

 

GENERAL CATERING COSTS

 

2020 Early Season (April thru Mid-May) - $72.95 per person to $102.95 per person

 

2020 Regular Season (Mid-May thru November) - $82.95 per person to $102.95 per person 
 

 

Included in all Catering Packages

 

• All food, staff and service

 

• Lemonade and water station

 

• All wine barrels with wood tops for gift, guest book, dessert/cake, bar,

buffet and escort card table(s)

 

• Sweetheart Table or Head Table with floor length linens

 

• All buffet equipment and service

 

• Partial bar service with bar, bartender, cups, ice, soft drinks, lemonade and water

 

• Client supplies all alcohol. No charge for client to supply beer, wine, champagne and ingredients for up to two (2) signature/cocktail drinks. Add $4.00 per person if client wants to bring in a full bar and caterer will supply garnishes, mixers and any equipment needed for mixed drinks. There is no corkage fee.

 

• China place setting & cloth linen napkin

(china dinner plate, water glass & choice of champagne flute or wine glass at the table)

 

• All upscale disposable-ware for hors d'oeuvres, cake, coffee and bar area

 

Dessert service (ie: cutting of any cake/desserts)

 

• No cake-cutting fee

Friday or Sunday with 100 guests - $14,981 (BBQ Buffet) to $17,448 (Sunset Served/Plated Meal) 

 

Friday or Sunday with 150 guests – $20,096 (BBQ Buffet) to $23,796 (Sunset Served/Plated Meal) 

 

Saturday with 150 guests (our minimum) - $21,296 (BBQ Buffet) to $24,996 (Sunset Served/Plated Meal) 

* Prices noted above are based on the 100 minimum adult guest count requirement for a Friday or Sunday and 150 minimum adult guest count requirement for a Saturday event and up to 250 guests.

* For 251 guests and over, additional charges will apply. 

* Prices include a partial bar service with client supplied beer, wine, champagne and up to two (2) signature drinks

* Prices include applicable 15% service charge and 7.25% sales tax added to catering.

150 person minimum on Saturday Events and 100 person minimum on Friday and Sunday Events. 

Certificates of additional insured are required 


Our county's NOISE REGULATIONS require us to have all music off by 10PM.
