VENUE & CATERING PRICING

Listed below is our current venue pricing as well as the catering menus and pricing that our exclusive caterer,

Command Performance Catering, offers to our Walnut Grove couples.

* Prices noted above are based on the 50 minimum adult guest count for a Monday - Thursday, 100 minimum adult guest count requirement for a Friday or Sunday, and 150 minimum adult guest count requirement for a Saturday event and up to 250 guests.

* For 251 guests and over, additional charges will apply. 

* Prices include a partial bar service with client supplied beer, wine, champagne and up to two (2) signature drinks

 

* Prices include applicable 18% service charge and 7.25% sales tax added to catering.

2021 GENERAL VENUE COSTS

 

2021 Week Day (Monday - Thursday) Site Fee (March thru November) $3,000 (for up to 250 guests)

 

2021 Early Season Base Site Fee (March thru Mid-May) $3,950  (for up to 250 persons) 

 

2021 Regular Season Base Site Fee (Mid-May thru November) $4,950 (for up to 250 persons) 


Add $8.00 per person for all Saturday Events (minimum 150 guests for a Saturday event)

 

Additional guests (over 250) billed at $20.00 per person

• 5.5 hours of event time PLUS 2 hours prior to ceremony for photos

 

• 1 hour wedding rehearsal (scheduled the day before)

 

• Wood (vineyard style) ceremony chairs

 

• Wood custom-made reception tables and wood (vineyard style) chairs

 

• All lighting throughout the property

 

• Free, self-parking (no valet required)

 

• Large dance floor

• All wine barrels with wood tops for gift, guest book, dessert/cake, bar,

• Sweetheart Table or Head Table with floor length linens

 

• All buffet equipment and service

 

• Partial bar service with bar, bartender, cups, ice, soft drinks, lemonade and water

 

• Client supplies all alcohol. No charge for client to supply beer, wine, champagne and ingredients for up to two (2) signature/cocktail drinks. Add $3.95 per person if client wants to bring in a full bar and caterer will supply garnishes, mixers and any equipment needed for mixed drinks. One bartender is included. There is no corkage fee.

 

• China place setting & cloth linen napkin

(china dinner plate, water glass & choice of champagne flute or wine glass at the table)

 

• All upscale disposable-ware for hors d'oeuvres, cake, coffee and bar area

Important Information


150 adult guest minimum requirement on Saturday events, 100 adult guest minimum requirement on Friday and Sunday events and

50 adult guest count minimum requirement on a Monday - Thursday event.

Certificates of additional insured are required 


Our county's NOISE REGULATIONS require us to have all music off by 10PM.
