The following IS INCLUDED in our Venue & Catering Costs

 

• 5.5 hours of event time PLUS 2.5 hours prior to ceremony for photos

 

• 1 hour wedding rehearsal (scheduled the day before)

 

• Wood Ceremony Chairs (vineyard style)

 

• Wood Custom-Made Reception Tables and Wood (vineyard style) Chairs

 

• All lighting throughout the property

 

• Free, self-parking (no valet required)

 

• Large dance floor

 

• Security guard

 

• All food, staff and service

 

• Lemonade and water station

 

• All wine barrels with wood tops for gift, guest book, dessert/cake, bar,

buffet and escort card table(s)

 

• Sweetheart Table or Head Table with floor length linens

 

• All buffet equipment and service

 

• Partial bar service with bar, bartender, cups, ice, assorted soft drinks (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite),

Ginger Ale, Grenadine, Cherries and Water is included in all catering packages

  • Client supplies all alcohol. No charge for client to supply beer, wine, and champagne. Add $3.95 per person if client wants to supply a variety of beer, wine, champagne and the alcohol/ingredients/mixers for two (2) signature drinks. If client wants to supply all alcohol for a full bar, add $8.95 per person and caterer will supply garnishes, mixers and any equipment needed for mixed drinks. There is no corkage fee. One bartender is included. Additional bartender can be added for an additional cost. Client can also arrange their alcohol through our caterer bar service www.brickandbrassbar.com

 

• China place setting & cloth linen napkin

(china dinner plate, water glass & choice of champagne flute or wine glass at the table)

 

• All upscale disposable-ware for hors d'oeuvres, cake, coffee and bar area

 

• Dessert service (ie: cutting of any cake/desserts - there is no cake cutting fee)

* Prices noted above are based on the 50 minimum adult guest count for a Monday - Thursday, 100 minimum adult guest count requirement for a Friday or Sunday, and 150 minimum adult guest count requirement for a Saturday event and up to 250 guests. You may have less guests than the required minimum but you will be charged for the required minimum. 

* For 251 guests and over, additional charges will apply. Our maximum capacity is 300.

* Prices include a partial bar service with client supplied beer, wine, champagne.

 

* Prices include applicable 20% service charge and 7.25% sales tax added to catering.

* IMPORTANT INFORMATON *

We do not allow outside caterers however you are able to bring in your own baker or dessert options

 

A 150 adult guest minimum is required on Saturday events, 100 adult guest minimum required on Friday and Sunday events and

50 adult guest count minimum requirement on a Monday - Thursday event. You may have less guests than the required minimum but you will be charged for the required minimum. 

Certificates of additional insured are required 

DJ's are always welcome however we do not allow live bands for your reception (musicians are allowed for ceremony & cocktail hour)


Our county's NOISE REGULATIONS require us to have all music off by 10PM
