General Facility Costs:

Base Site Fee $2,750 ( for up to 250 persons)
Additional guests billed at 10.00 each
Additional $5.00 per person to all packages for Saturday Events
Other important notes:

125 person minimum on Saturday Events and 75 person minimum on Friday and Sunday Events.

The facility is available 2 hours prior for preparation , pictures and use of brides room
The base location fee is based on a 5.5 hour ceremony and reception (actual event time) – overtime charges
would apply.

Certificates of additional insured are required
Our county's NOISE REGULATIONS require us to have all music off by 10PM.
